Nida Aok

Nida Aok is an experienced legal professional specializing in technology law and data protection. Currently serving as a Chargée de mission - Juriste "relation avec la société civile" at Arcom since September 2023, Nida oversees civil society interactions regarding online platforms and their regulation. Previously, Nida worked as a jurist focusing on new technologies and digital law at CABINET OLIVIA FLIPO AVOCAT, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating digital contracts and advising on intellectual property and data protection. Nida also held a position at the Ministère de la Justice, ensuring GDPR compliance and conducting audits related to personal data management. Nida's educational background includes a Master 2 in Digital Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil and a Licence in Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
