Matt Horneman

Matt Horneman has a strong background in the construction industry. Matt is currently working as the Vice President of Concrete Operations at ARCO/Murray and Blue Ridge Concrete LLC. Prior to these roles, they served as a Regional Director at Fessler & Bowman, Inc. from 2018 to 2023 and as an Estimator & Project Manager from 2017 to 2018. Matt started their career as an Estimator at Hand Construction, LLC, where they successfully estimated the quantity and costs of materials and labor for various projects. Matt also coordinated projects with various stakeholders and prepared construction schedules using scheduling software.

Matt Horneman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they hold an OSHA 30 Hour certification from an institution called OSHA, with no specified date of completion.
