Doug Hilderhoff

Doug Hilderhoff has over 16 years of work experience in the aluminum industry. Doug currently works at Arconic as the Marketing Director for Industrial & Packaging, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Director for Industrial Products at Arconic from December 2020 to January 2024. Before joining Arconic, Doug worked at CRU from March 2017 to December 2020 as the Principal Analyst and Head of North America Aluminum Research. Doug also spent over a decade at Alcoa, where they held various roles including Sr Manager of Global Market Intelligence, Global Market Intelligence Consultant, Market Intelligence Analyst, Commodities Specialist, Sr. Purchasing Analyst, and Purchasing Analyst.

Doug Hilderhoff earned a Bachelor's degree in MIS from Penn State University in 2004. Doug then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, completing it in 2011.
