Megan McKay

Megan McKay's work experience includes roles at various companies. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Fidelity Bank, PaSB as a Customer Service Representative. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at GE Transportation as an Sourcing Co-op and later as an HR Generalist. In 2014, they joined K&L Gates as an HR Manager, and in 2015, they started working at Arconic as an HR Manager. Since 2020, they have held the position of Global Human Resources Director at Arconic.

Megan McKay received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2008. Megan later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from La Roche University, which they completed in 2012. In 2018, Megan went on to obtain a certification in Women's Executive Leadership from Duquesne University, completing their education history.
