Shawn Sullivan

Shawn Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Shawn began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware in 2002. Following this, they joined Alcoa in 2008 and held various roles such as Sr. Engineer/Scientist, Business Technology Leader - Wheels, Process Engineering Specialist, and Engineered Surfaces Manager. In 2016, Shawn transitioned to Arconic where they worked as the Assistant Director - Materials and Surface Technology before being promoted to Director of R&D, Materials and Surface Technology. Shawn currently holds the position of Managing Director at the Arconic Technology Center.

Shawn Sullivan completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry at The College of Wooster from 1998 to 2002. Shawn then pursued a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Delaware, completing it from 2002 to 2008.
