Jill Brugman

Jill Brugman, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Arcoro since February 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership to align people strategies with company goals and overseeing comprehensive HR operations. Prior to this role, Jill was the Director of Human Resources at Discovery Land Company, focusing on HR strategies across domestic and international sites, and at AIMS Companies, where architectural people strategies supported rapid growth post-M&A. Jill's experience also includes opening Castle Hot Springs as a luxury resort, leading HR operations at United Dairymen of Arizona, and managing special projects at MidFirst Bank. Jill began career as Corporate Human Resources Manager at The Lyle Anderson Company, where comprehensive HR management and compliance were key responsibilities. Jill holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
