John Shrader

John Shrader leads the sales and client success teams across the Arcoro organization. With a focus on developing and expanding the Arcoro operations and sales, he is instrumental in strengthening client relationships and organization-wide partnerships. His vast human resources industry knowledge, vision and client-centric mindset shapes how the Arcoro team relates to clients. John brings 18 years of experience in the SaaS and HCM space to Arcoro. As Executive Vice President of BirdDogHR, one of Arcoro’s founding companies, John played a key role in developing the vision of Arcoro and communicating this vision to clients and partners. Prior to his roles at BirdDogHR and Arcoro, John was the General Manager and Executive Vice President at Penn Foster Education. He has held previous executive leadership positions at SumTotal Systems, a SkillSoft Company and GeoLearning.
