Arjun has held leadership roles at companies like ARCOS LLC, Genesys, and PRTM, where they played key roles in client services, product management, and strategic business planning. Ramchandran's career highlights include leading the design and execution of strategic initiatives for the global Customer Success organization at Genesys and launching services development frameworks.

Arjun Ramchandran completed their B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, in 1997. Subsequently, in 1998, they obtained an MBA in International Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
