Carolyn Phillips

Carolyn Phillips is an experienced Sales Representative with a career spanning over two decades in the lightweight aggregate industry. Currently representing Arcosa Lightweight since November 2018, Carolyn focuses on Northern California and works for the largest producer of rotary kiln expanded shale and clay lightweight aggregate in North America. Previously, Carolyn served as a Sales Representative at Trinity Industries, Inc. from March 2013 to October 2018, catering to the Northern California lightweight market. Carolyn began in the industry at TXI in March 2003, starting as an office manager at a local quarry before transitioning to inside sales and eventually outside sales.
