Chester Goodson

Chester Goodson has over 20 years of experience in plant management, with their most recent role being General Manager at Arcosa Specialty Materials since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Manager at Georgia Pacific Building Materials from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they held positions as a Plant Manager at Holcim, NZ from 2008 to 2015, a Plant Manager at Holcim, Holly Hill from 2005 to 2008, and a Plant Manager at Holcim, US from 2000 to 2005. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing the operation of cement manufacturing plants and ensuring efficient and profitable performance. Chester has also focused on developing professional leadership management cultures within the organizations they have worked for.

Chester Goodson pursued their undergraduate education from 1971 to 1976 at The University of New Mexico. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in University Studies, with a focus on Business Administration and Economics.
