Itzel Garcia Marvan

Itzel Garcia Marvan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Itzel has worked at Arcosa Inc. since 2018, starting as the Gerente de Atraccion, Gestion de Talento, Sueldos y Compensaciones and currently serving as the Director de RR. HH. Itzel previously worked at Lorant Martínez Musi Salas y Compañía, Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas - Grupo Lorant as the Gerente Atracción de Talento from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked at Grupo México as the Jefe de Planeación Estratégica from 2008 to 2016, where they handled strategic projects, obtained the Distintivo de Empresa Socialmente Responsable, and implemented the Balanced Scorecard methodology. Prior to that, Itzel worked as an Analyst at sueldos y compensaciones from 2006 to 2008 and as the Gerente de RH y Operaciones at Impulsora Gastronómica SA from 2003 to 2006.

Itzel Garcia Marvan completed a Diplomatura in Dirección de Recursos Humanos at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on RH y Planeacion Estratégica from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México between 1998 and 2003.
