Geng-Yuan Jeng has extensive experience in the field of experimental particle physics. Geng-Yuan started their career as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Riverside, where they worked with the CMS experiment at the LHC and completed 5 analyses on varying data sizes. One of their analyses was highlighted by Fermilab Today.
Geng-Yuan then joined The University of Sydney as a Postdoctoral Research Associate, focusing on searches for the Standard Model Higgs boson and new physics in collider experiments. Geng-Yuan led a team of 12 people and completed 7 analyses on diverse data sizes.
After that, Geng-Yuan worked as a Post-Doctoral Associate at the University of Maryland, College Park, where their research interests included experimental particle physics, searches for new physics beyond the Standard Model, and particle detector R&D.
Geng-Yuan later joined Insight Data Science as a Data Engineering Fellow, and most recently, they are working as a Machine Learning Engineer at ArcPoint Forensics.
Geng-Yuan Jeng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the National Chung Hsing University. Geng-Yuan later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Elementary Particle Physics at the University of California, Riverside. No specific start or end years were provided for either of their educational endeavors.
