With more than 20 years of experience as a technical lead, Marty has successfully transformed operations and support organizations by continuously and proactively improving processes, increasing efficiencies and increasing user experience. His expertise in leveraging current and emerging technologies has enabled him to effectively achieve customer and business objectives.

Before joining Arcserve, Marty held various senior positionsiRackspace Technology, specializing in data center infrastructure management, networking, security, engineering change management, enterprise applications and cloud technologies. Marty's knowledge and experience have been instrumental in the company's success and customer satisfaction.
