Everton Mikael Stein

Everton Mikael Stein has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Everton Mikael started their career as a Junior Project Designer at CRO Engenharia in 2013 and worked there until 2016. Everton Mikael then joined Equilibrio Estruturas as a Civil Engineer from February 2017 to March 2019. After that, they worked as a Civil Engineer Sr at Stabilize Engenharia from March 2019 to November 2021. Currently, Everton holds the position of Geotechnical Specialist at Arctech since November 2021. Everton Mikael has recently been promoted to Head Of Engineering Brazil at Arctech starting from March 2022.

Everton Mikael Stein completed their Executive MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2023 to 2025. Before that, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering at INBEC. Everton Mikael obtained their undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade Integrada Einstein de Limeira between 2011 and 2015. Prior to their college education, Everton attended COTIL - Colégio Técnico de Limeira from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their Technical High School in Informatics.
