Project Manager - Retail Strategic Initiatives at Arc'teryx

Isabelle Lin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Isabelle began their professional career as a Dealer Service Intern at Arc'teryx Equipment in 2016 before transitioning to the role of Dealer Service Assistant. Isabelle then advanced to become a Dealer Service Representative and later a Dealer Service Representative for Canadian Key Accounts. In 2019, they took on the role of Territory Associate for Western Canada (BC) before becoming a Retail Trainer in 2021. Currently, Isabelle holds the position of Project Manager - Retail Strategic Initiatives at Arc'teryx Equipment, a role they have been in since 2023.

Outside of Arc'teryx Equipment, Isabelle also gained experience working as a Child Care professional at Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre from 2011 to 2016.
