Jennifer Ngo has diverse work experience in the retail industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Program Manager | Operational Solutions at Arc'teryx Equipment, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at the ALDO Group for over 16 years, starting as a Commission Sales Associate in August 2006. Jennifer progressed through various roles including Sales Team Lead, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and finally District Sales Manager from February 2018 to July 2022.

Jennifer Ngo completed their education in Human Resource Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at the same institution from 2010 to 2017.
