Leilani Baytiong

Leilani Baytiong has extensive work experience in finance, security standards, risk, and compliance. Leilani is currently the Director of Finance Transformation and Optimization at Arc'teryx Equipment since July 2023. Before that, they worked at Rogers Communications as the Director of Security Standards, Risk, and Compliance from April 2023 to April 2023 when Rogers Communications acquired Shaw Communications, Inc. Prior to that, Leilani held various roles at Shaw Communications, including Director of Security Standards, Risk & Compliance from March 2021 to April 2023. Leilani also served as the Manager of Finance Programs from July 2019 to February 2021, Sr. Program Manager of Finance from October 2017 to July 2019, Manager of Financial Controls from August 2014 to October 2017, and Senior Specialist of Financial Controls from February 2012 to August 2014.

Before joining Shaw Communications, Leilani worked at Arbour Group LLC, where they held the positions of Project Manager/Quality Assurance Consultant from April 2007 to November 2011 and Sr. System Validation/IT Compliance Consultant from January 2006 to April 2007. Leilani started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Philippines (Isla Lipana & Co.) as an Associate Financial Auditor from November 2003 to June 2005, and later was promoted to Senior Associate Financial Auditor from July 2005 to January 2006. Overall, Leilani Baytiong brings a wealth of experience in finance, security, risk, and compliance to their current role as Director of Finance Transformation and Optimization at Arc'teryx Equipment.

Leilani Baytiong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of the City of Manila (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila). In 2003, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. In 2010, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA. In 2014, they obtained the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. Additionally, they obtained the Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) certification from the PCI Security Standards Council in 2022.
