Megan Comerford

Megan Comerford currently serves as the VP of Global People Strategy & Talent Management at Arc'teryx Equipment, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this, Megan was with PVH Corp. from January 2018 to February 2025, where roles included VP of Global Talent Management and VP of People Strategy & Planning, focusing on talent practices, HR priorities, and organizational development initiatives. Earlier experience includes consulting in talent management and organizational development, as well as roles at Development Dimensions International and Marshall Cavendish in various capacities related to leadership training and editorial work. Megan holds a BA in English from Providence College and an MA in English Literature from Fordham University.
