Peter Reid

Peter Reid M.A.Sc., P. Eng. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Peter currently serves as the Manager - Raw Material Sourcing at Arc'teryx Equipment since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mustang Survival from 2014 to 2022 in several positions including Head of Materials, Product Engineering Manager, Supply Quality Manager, Quality Manager, and Quality Engineer. Peter was responsible for managing materials, product engineering, supply quality, and overall quality assurance. Before joining Mustang Survival, Peter worked at Levelton Consultants Ltd. as a Project Engineer from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they served as an Associate at Gamble Technologies Limited from 2009 to 2011 and as a Materials Specialist at Mustang Survival Corp. from 2006 to 2009. Peter began their career as a Materials Engineer at Profile Composites from 2003 to 2006.

Peter Reid M.A.Sc., P. Eng. began their education in 1997 at Queen's University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering in 2001. Peter then pursued further education at The University of British Columbia from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master of Applied Science in Metals and Materials Engineering. In addition to their academic achievements, Peter has obtained certifications as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ - World Headquarters and as a Professional Engineer (PEng) from Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
