Software Engineer at Arctic Intelligence

ZAX Y has worked in the industry of SaaS/on-prem platforms focused on risk and regulatory compliance with anti-money laundering, terrorism, bribery, fraud, cyber risks, financial crimes & identifications since 2019 as a Software Engineer at Arctic Intelligence. Responsibilities included Angular based web application development, communication and collaboration across teams and roles, and following up on release cycles with immediate feedback.

Prior to this, ZAX Y worked at Articulate from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they held two roles: Software Test Engineer and IT Support. As Software Test Engineer, they identified technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods, wrote and maintained program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards, and wrote and maintained test plans, unit test and test scripts, and produced test cases (in PHP language). As IT Support, they provided support and technical issue resolution via email, telephone, and other electronic mediums to enterprise customers, created, managed, and resolved support tickets raised against technical issues within agreed time limits, and had strong experience with MS Windows and Unix/Linux OS.

Before Articulate, ZAX Y worked at H&T Realty from 2016 to 2017 as a Real Estate Sales, where they established and maintained relationships with clients, wrote ads, self-marketed using social media platforms, and advised clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters.

Also in 2016, ZAX Y worked at SMART BEAUTY & HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED as a Sales Associate, where they greeted customers and ascertained their needs, sold health care products, and improved sale targets with teams.

ZAX Y is currently studying at the University of Sydney, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering.
