Federica Rusmini has a diverse work experience. Federica began their career in 2013 as an Educational Psychologist at Fondazione Exodus Onlus, where they worked on a project to prevent early school dropout. In 2015, they joined The Chemistry Group as a Junior Business Psychologist in the Product Team, responsible for researching and developing the company's IP frameworks. Federica then became a Business Psychologist in the same team, where they designed and validated bespoke psychometric content for enterprise clients and supported the Delivery Team as a Psychology subject matter expert. In 2016, Federica began working at ScienceForWork as a Content Creator and Writer, writing about Recruitment, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Management. In the same year, they joined Arctic Shores as Head of Customer Success, Head of Professional Services, and Managing Business Psychologist. Federica also served as a Senior Business Psychologist and Manager, responsible for managing, training and upskilling 3 Business Psychologists. In 2022, Federica became an Associate Member of the LDN chapter at Pavilion.
Federica Rusmini obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2014. Federica then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational/Business Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2015. In 2014, they also obtained an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certification from the British Council. In 2015, they obtained an Occupational Test User Qualification - Level A and B certification from The British Psychological Society.
