Kurtis-Daniel Winn has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2014. Kurtis-Daniel started as a Senior Account Executive at Zones (UK) Ltd and then held the position of UK Sales Manager at SCANMARKET in 2016. In 2017, they were a Team Lead - Enterprise Software Sales at Networkers - Technology Recruitment. In 2018, they became the Head of Sales Development at Exponea. In 2019, they were the Director of Sales Development (Covid-19) at Ometria. In 2020, they were the Global Director of Sales Development and Director of Sales Development, EMEA at LivePerson. In 2021, they were the Head Of Business Development at Pento. Currently, they are the VP of Sales and Head of Sales Development at Arctic Shores, as well as a Member at Pavilion and SDL.

Kurtis-Daniel Winn attended the Securities & Investment Institute in 2004 as part of FSA REGULATION (Unit 1). In December 2014, they obtained a Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist certification from Microsoft.
