Martha Monnin

Martha Qaġġun Monnin serves as the President/CEO for Arctic Slope Native Association (ASNA). Martha began her employment with ASNA in March 2016 as Human Resources Director and served as the Vice President of Administration prior to being appointed President/CEO by ASNA’s Board of Directors. In her role, Martha is responsible for the effective management of all affairs of the Association; she plans, directs, and coordinates the programs and activities of the Association for the effective utilization of human and financial resources to accomplish the goals established by the Board of Directors. Prior to joining ASNA, Martha worked at Ilisagvik College as the Human Resources Director. Martha was born and raised in Utqiaġvik, Alaska and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
