Dan Oye

Dan Oye is an experienced Senior Director (People) at Arctic Wolf and previously held HR leadership roles at Polaris Inc. Over the years, Dan has managed various HR responsibilities for different business units within Polaris, including leading geographically dispersed teams and overseeing HR activities for multiple locations. Dan also has experience as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at Robert Half before transitioning into HR management roles. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
