Dan Oye

Dan Oye has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Dan currently holds the position of Director, People at Arctic Wolf, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Polaris Inc. for over a decade, holding various HR positions. From March 2021 to March 2022, they were the Senior Human Resources Manager, responsible for leading HR activities. Before that, from June 2017 to March 2021, they served as an HR Manager for Polaris' Aftermarket business portfolio. From May 2014 to May 2017, they were the HR Manager for Polaris' distribution center in Vermillion, South Dakota. Additionally, from September 2010 to April 2014, they worked as an HR Generalist, supporting functional leaders in the Global Operations Division. Prior to joining Polaris Inc., Dan Oye worked as a Recruiter at Robert Half from August 2007 to September 2010.

Dan Oye obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
