Shikha Soni

Shikha Soni is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resources management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director, People at FranConnect since March 2020, Shikha drives HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives while focusing on talent management. Prior to this, Shikha held the position of Director, Human Resources at FranConnect, where foundational HR policies and leadership development programs were established. With a background at Pearson VUE, Shikha functioned as Regional Manager, overseeing test center operations and operational improvements, and as HR Manager Business Partner for APAC, where alignment of HR strategies with business objectives was a key focus. Shikha began the career at Savant India Infocomm as Academic Relationship Manager, nurturing academic partnerships and fostering business development. Shikha holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
