Matt Bykowski

Matt Bykowski has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles.

In 2007, they started as a Business Development Manager at Dell Compellent, where they worked until 2011.

From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Storage Solutions Executive - Large Enterprise at Dell.

Matt then joined Whiptail acquired by Cisco Systems in 2012 as an Enterprise Account Executive for a brief period.

In the same year, they moved to Code 42 Software, Inc. as an Enterprise Account Executive.

From 2014 to 2016, Bykowski worked at Code42 as the Director of Enterprise Sales - Central US.

In 2016, they joined Rubrik, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager and remained with them until 2020.

Since 2020, they have been at Arctic Wolf, initially serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales - West US & Canada, then as the Vice President, Enterprise & Large Enterprise Sales - US, and currently as the Senior Vice President, Global Sales.

Matt Bykowski attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
