Michelle Kostka

Michelle Kostka is a Senior UX Designer at Arctic Wolf since March 2022, with extensive experience in user experience and design strategy. Previously, Michelle served as a Design Strategist at HealthHub from January 2020 to March 2022, leading discovery activities and facilitating workshops to align project goals. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Designer at The Globe and Mail, where Michelle designed website features and collaborated with stakeholders, and as a Web Designer at LifeLearn, Inc., creating SEO-optimized websites for veterinary practices. Additional roles encompassed User Experience Designer at the University of Waterloo, User Experience Design Intern at The Globe and Mail, and Digital Production Intern at Royal Canin Canada. Michelle holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Global Business and Digital Arts from the University of Waterloo, a Digital Analytics Certificate from Algonquin College, and completed a study abroad semester at the University of Liverpool.
