Nirmala Rampersaud, MBA, currently serves as a Commercial Customer Success Manager at Arctic Wolf since October 2022. Prior to this role, Nirmala accumulated extensive experience at Thomson Reuters from July 2012 to October 2022, holding various positions including Sr. Client Manager- Digital & Social Marketing, Account Manager for Findlaw, Account Executive for Westlaw, Business Development Consultant, and Customer Retention Specialist. These roles involved managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and driving account growth within the legal sector. Before Thomson Reuters, Nirmala worked as a Sales Manager and Sales Executive at TCF Bank, a Research Assistant at Hamline University, a Marketing Specialist at Uttar Pradesh Pottery, and as a Student Teacher/Educator at the Ministry of Education in Guyana. Nirmala holds an MBA from Hamline University and a BSC in Business Management from the University of Guyana.
