Melanie G. Irwin-Dugdale holds an MBA with Honors from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a BBA from Strayer University. Presently serving as Operations Manager at Arcticom LLC since July 2023, Melanie has a robust background in program and operations management within governmental sectors. Previous roles include Program Manager for Technical Security Engineering at OBXtek, managing Monitoring and Evaluation programs for Alutiiq Information Management Systems, and delivering innovative solutions at Cherokee Federal. During a tenure with the U.S. Department of State from 2007 to 2019, Melanie was a Subject Matter Expert overseeing programs with budgets exceeding $69 million. Earlier experience includes Facilities Manager for the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Destruction Organization under the U.S. Department of Defense.
