Lori Baukus

Lori Baukus has had extensive work experience in various industries. Lori started their career as a Packaging Engineer at Reckitt & Colman in 1994, before moving on to Rubbermaid Home Products as a Group Leader for Packaging in 1997. From there, they worked at Henkel Corporation as a Packaging Sourcing Manager, Director of Accelerated Project Management, and SAP Master Data Team Lead, respectively, from 2002 to 2007. Lori then joined GOJO Industries in 2010, where they were appointed Senior Manager of R&D and later Major Project Director. In 2012, they left GOJO and began working as a Business Development Manager at Team Lorain County and a Business Outreach Consultant at Greater Cleveland Partnership in 2015 and 2016, respectively. In 2014, they became a Business Advisor and Innovation Consultant at Preari Ltd., LLC, which they worked until 2020. Concurrently, they were also a Business Advisor Consultant at the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Lorain County Community College from 2016 to 2021. Between 2019 and 2023, Lori occupied different roles at Lorain County Community College, including Manager of Training Projects for Industry 4.0 and Business Engagement Consultant for Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics. In March 2023, Lori will start working as the Director for Training Education and Outreach at ARCTOS.

Lori Baukus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University, as well as an Associate Degree in Business from Delta College. In 2013, they obtained an Associate Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. In 2014, Lori Baukus became an Innovation Engineering Black Belt after receiving certification from Eureka Ranch.
