Edoardo MALFE'

Edoardo MALFE' has a diverse and extensive work experience. Edoardo currently serves as the Group CEO at Arcturus Group | Rosenthal Sambonet Paderno, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Nice North America, from October 2021 to June 2023, and from January 2023 to June 2023. Edoardo also held the position of Vice President | Global Operations at Nice Spa from April 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they had various roles at CNH Industrial, including Managing Director, Vice President, and Senior Director, focusing on parts operations and global supply chain. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Director at Fiat Auto and held the position of Senior Manager at Bain & Company. Edoardo started their career at Aeronautica Militare, where they served as LtColonel for over two decades.

Edoardo Malfe' holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma and another Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo.
