Olivia Peng

Olivia Peng is an accomplished bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. As the Director of Bioinformatics at Arcturus Therapeutics since March 2023, Olivia is leading innovative bioinformatics initiatives in San Diego, California. Previously, Olivia served as the Head of Bioinformatics for Vaccine Immunotherapy at Pfizer from February 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting vaccine programs through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and acting as a subject matter expert for generic influenza vaccine initiatives. A strong academic background includes a role as the Structural Bioinformatics Group Leader at The University of Georgia, where Olivia spearheaded the development of cutting-edge strategies for membrane protein structure determination. Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Technical Biophysics from Drexel University and a B.S. in Physical Electronics from Fudan University.
