Jim Desando

Jim DeSando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system administration and sales operations analysis, currently serving at Arcules since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jim held positions at HTG Molecular Diagnostics as a CRM Administrator specializing in Salesforce.com from December 2015 to July 2022, and at Scientific Learning from January 2009 to December 2015 as both Project Manager and SalesForce.com Administrator, as well as Support Center Manager. Jim began a career at Convergys, where responsibilities included managing workforce forecasting and scheduling from May 1998 to January 2009. Jim obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Anthropology from the University of Arizona between 1989 and 1993.
