David Green

David Green has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. David is currently the Vice President of Discovery Pharmacology at Arcus Biosciences since February 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Director at Arcus Biosciences from October 2020 to January 2024. Before joining Arcus Biosciences, David held various senior positions at reputable companies such as Alkermes, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Amgen, Abbott Laboratories, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, 3-Dimensional Pharmaceuticals, Bristol-Myers Squibb, SmithKline Beecham, and Monsanto. Overall, David Green has a diverse background in research and leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

David Green received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Chemistry from Earlham College from 1977 to 1981. David then pursued a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine from 1982 to 1988.
