Terri McDowell

Terri McDowell, CEP, CPP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Terri started their career as a Payroll & Stock Services Co-ordinator at Virage Logic in 2004 and continued in payroll and equity positions at various companies, including Openlane, Inc., Akamai Technologies, and Guidewire Software. In 2011, they also co-founded and served as Treasurer/Co-Founder/Member at Large for AaaahZ Youth Theatre, a theater group dedicated to youth theater education and development. Terri currently holds the role of Associate Director of Payroll at Arcus Biosciences starting in 2022. Terri brings a strong background in payroll and equity management to their work experience.

Terri McDowell, CEP, CPP has an extensive education history. From 2006 to 2017, Terri attended Santa Clara University, studying Equity and obtaining a degree in CEP. In 2008 and 2009, Terri also attended Landmark, but no degree or field of study is specified. Terri's education journey began in 1980 at California State University, Chico, where they pursued various majors and minors. In terms of certifications, Terri obtained the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association in 2013.
