Lisa Jardim

Lisa Jardim has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Lisa currently holds the position of Head of Learning and Social Value at Arcus FM, a role they have been in since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Learning and Development Manager at Arcus FM from July 2013 to March 2022. Lisa also served as the Learning and Engagement Manager at Arcus FM during the same period. Before joining Arcus FM, Lisa worked as the Organisational Development and Training Manager at Colchester Institute from October 2004 to July 2013.
