Monica Staicu

Monica Staicu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Arcus FM since March 2019, Monica has taken on various roles including Area Operations Manager and Area Support Manager. Prior to this, Monica held the position of Production Services Manager at Boella & Sorrisi from 2017 to 2018 and served as Operations Manager at CENERENTOLA from 2010 to 2017, where responsibilities included implementing new contracts with sub-contractors.
