Beatriz Eugenia Eguiarte Franco

Beatriz Eugenia Eguiarte Franco has been in the workforce since 2009. Beatriz Eugenia began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at ManpowerGroup in 2009. In 2010, they became an Operations Supervisor at CSC, where they were responsible for recruiting, providing feedback and guidance, and solving problems. In 2013, they moved to Saipem as a Human Resources/General Services Specialist. In 2015, they joined ZX Ventures as a People Business Partner, where they developed and executed recruitment strategies, and built successful relationships with key stakeholders. In 2020, they joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a People Operations Business Partner, and is currently responsible for aligning business objectives with people solutions for the ABI Craft breweries. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of People Operations at Arcus.

Beatriz Eugenia Eguiarte Franco completed a Diploma in Business English from the International Language School of Canada in 2006. From 2000 to 2005, they obtained an Administracion de empresas degree in Mercadotecnia from the Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua. In 2020, they obtained the A Toolkit for Giving and Receiving Better Feedback certification from LinkedIn, and they also hold a White Belt.
