George Martin has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in roles related to quality assurance, manufacturing management, and plant operations. Their most recent position was as Vice President of Quality at Ardagh Group, where they were responsible for overseeing supplier, internal plant, and customer quality performance. Prior to this, they held the role of Regional Manufacturing Director and Plant Manager at Ardagh Group, where they provided leadership in safety, health, and environmental compliance, as well as manufacturing plan development. Before joining Ardagh Group, George held various positions at Rexam Beverage Can North America, including Regional Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, Plant Engineer, and Production Supervisor. In these roles, they gained experience in areas such as EHS protocols, maintenance planning, SAP system management, capital project planning, and lean manufacturing. Overall, George Martin has a strong background in manufacturing operations and quality management.

George Martin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as Human Resources, from Keller Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Law/Pre-Law and Psychology from Washington State University between 1991 and 1995. George also obtained their High School Diploma from River Forest High School in Hobart, IN in 1991. Additionally, George Martin has additional certifications in Predictive Analytics from DePaul University and Vibration Analyst Level 1 - Allen Bradley from Allen-Bradley.
