Justin Spack

Justin Spack is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment litigation, labor relations, and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for North America at Ardagh Group since August 2018, Justin previously worked as Of Counsel at Lewis Wagner, LLP, and as an Associate Attorney at Ice Miller LLP, from 2011 to 2017, where Justin gained first chair experience in depositions and labor arbitration. Earlier roles include Summer Associate at Ice Miller and Member Retention Specialist at Group RCI, where Justin focused on customer retention strategies. Justin began a career in sales as a Field Sales Manager at Vector Marketing. Justin holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
