Monica Cetti

Monica Cetti, MCIPD, currently serves as the Global HR Technology & Operations Director at Ardagh Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions at ARYZTA from November 2013 to July 2023, including HR Services Director and Global HR Services Lead. Monica's experience also includes serving as HR Project Lead at Telefónica, where responsibilities encompassed scoping and implementing HR Shared Services across Europe, as well as managing the Contact HR teams in the European People Service Centre. Earlier in the career, Monica worked at Hertz Europe Service Centre Ltd. as HR Shared Services Manager, establishing an International HR Shared Service Centre, in addition to holding roles as HR Manager/HRBP and Senior Recruitment Executive. Monica holds a BA in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland and a Diploma in Radiology from the University of Zurich.
