Paul Mills

Paul Mills has extensive experience in quality and production management, currently serving as Quality Manager and previously as EHSQ & Business Excellence Manager at Ardagh Group since August 2017. Prior to this, Paul was with Amtico from March 2000 to August 2017, where roles included Manufacturing/CI Manager and Continuous Improvements Manager, with a focus on extrusion, lamination, and calendaring processes. Early career experience includes a position as Telephone Banking & Sales Supervisor at Barclays. Paul holds a Higher National Diploma in Performance Arts from St Albans, Pontypool Gwent, completed in 1998.
