Richard B. Swain

Richard B. Swain began their career in 2000 as a Department Head Administration for the US Navy, where they were responsible for assisting the commanding officer in the execution of the squadron mission for 562 active and reserve naval personnel. Richard B. then moved into the role of Administrative Officer, directing the administrative division and serving as the executive assistant to the operating head. In this role, they planned modifications of organization in accordance with workload and exercised management control of 85 personnel, services, and $1. Swain then progressed to the role of Senior Administrative Office Manager, maintaining all command files, operating a networked computer, and typing executive level correspondence, reports, and other communication from a rough draft. In this role, they oversaw 650 active and reserve naval personnel. After this, they took on the role of Training and Development Officer, administering 620 active and reserve military in training programs for the naval activity. Finally, in 2023, they joined Ardalyst as a Readiness Manager, where they supported Customer Technical Representative efforts with respect to ordering, monitoring, measuring, reporting, modifying, and maintaining assigned assets. Richard B. also conducted assessments of Domain assets to ensure compliance with policy directives and supported development of asset metrics, cost analysis, forecasts, refresh eligibility and compliance.

Richard B.
