Craig McIlwain

Craig Mcilwain serves as the Pro Vice-Chancellor of Student Experience at Arden University since May 2025. Previously, as School Director at EF Education First, significant achievements include a 31-point increase in student satisfaction and the successful delivery of multiple facilities projects. Mcilwain also held leadership roles at Virtual Learning UK, Navitas, where responsibilities included managing operations across multiple colleges and driving compliance and risk strategies, and University of Northampton International College, directing substantial growth and commended outcomes. Mcilwain has a background in Sports Studies and English Literature from the University of Northampton. Additionally, a career in football includes semi-professional roles with various clubs.
