Gillian Lang

Gillian Lang has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Gillian is currently the Head of Scotland at Ardent, where they have been since November 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Renewable Energy at Ardent from August 2022.

Before joining Ardent, Gillian worked at ScottishPower Renewables for several years. Gillian was a Senior Project Manager - project preparation development lead from January 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Project Manager - Land and Stakeholder Lead from May 2017 to January 2020, and Senior Surveyor from September 2012 to May 2017.

Gillian also has experience at Scottish Power Renewables, where they worked as a Land & Estates Surveyor from October 2010 to August 2022.

Gillian'searly career includes a role as Associate - Development Surveyor at Savills from July 2006 to September 2010.

Gillian Lang pursued their education at the University of Aberdeen from 2005 to 2006. During their time there, they completed a Master of Land Economy degree with a focus on Surveying.
