Mary Hoffman

Mary Hoffman, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President and Chief People Officer at Ardent Credit Union, a position held since February 2010. Previously, Mary held the role of Human Resources Manager at The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. from October 1996 to December 2009 and worked as a Benefits Administrator at The Wistar Institute from 1990 to 1996. Mary holds a Master of Business Administration from Holy Family University, earned between 2015 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed from 1981 to 1985.
