Amanda Polednik Louisignau is an experienced operations and continuous improvement professional with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Manager of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement at Ardent Mills since March 2024, Amanda previously held leadership roles at meati™, including Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement and Director of Operations for Mega Ranch, where significant production milestones were achieved. Earlier career experiences include positions at Redzone Production Systems, Molson Coors Beverage Company, Procter & Gamble, and Sandoz, where Amanda demonstrated expertise in managing production lines, leading process improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
