Kelsey Costales

Kelsey Costales is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both internal and external communications. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Lead at Ardent Mills since January 2024, Kelsey previously held key roles at Zepz, where responsibilities included managing global corporate and consumer strategies and facilitating industry events. Prior to Zepz, Kelsey worked at Matter Communications as Account Director, leading account strategies and achieving significant revenue growth. Experience also encompasses strategic roles at MSLGROUP, KemperLesnik, and earlier positions in public relations and marketing internships. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Evansville.
