Kevin Richter

Kevin Richter currently serves as the Engineering Manager at Ardent Mills, a position held since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing capital projects with a focus on mechanical design, project management, and food safety initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Research Associate at Cargill from March 2012 to June 2014, leading research and development projects, notably the Sprouted Wheat initiative, which involved cross-functional collaboration and scaling from lab to industrial production. Additionally, Kevin served as a Production Management Engineer at a flour milling facility in Ayer, Massachusetts. Kevin holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering, both obtained from Virginia Tech, where also contributed as a Teaching Assistant in a MATLAB-based course.
