Kimberly Schaff

Kimberly Schaff is a seasoned professional in the field of instrumentation with extensive experience in managing teams and executing field instrumentation initiatives. Currently serving as Sr. Instrumentation Manager at Ardent Mills since June 2014, Kimberly oversees a team dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of manufacturing facilities through equipment maintenance, calibration development, and quality control activities. Prior to this role, Kimberly spent eight years at Cargill, where positions ranged from Instrumentation Supervisor to NIR Data Technician, focusing on the deployment and monitoring of NIR instrumentation across multiple production facilities. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Cloud State University.
